How much should I drink.

The amount of water you should drink depends on the individual. The easiest way to figure this out is by taking your body weight, divide it in half & what ever number you come up with,thats how many ounces of water you should be drinking every single day.

Your Weight /2=______oz.of water

If math is not your strong point then just stick to the good ol, 8 glasses of water a day rule.
